A warm welcome from Chancellor Kristin Esterberg, PhD

To accept your offer of admission from UW Bothell, you must:

1: Create your UW NetID

Your UW NetID is your key to accessing UW services — from accepting your admission offer to registering for classes. Use your application login to set up your NetID. Your NetID will also be used to create your UW email address: You’ll just add @uw.edu.

Once you set up your NetID, it can’t be changed, so pick something you’ll want to use for all purposes!

2: Pay a $100 deposit

Now that you have your official UW NetID, you can use it to log in and pay your non-refundable $100 deposit. Once you start taking classes, this $100 will be credited toward your first quarter’s tuition at UW Bothell. If you don't end up coming to UW Bothell, this deposit cannot be refunded.

Transfer students must pay their deposit 20 days after receiving offer of admission.

Regularly check your UW email

Remember the UW email address you set up in Step 1? Important information from UW Bothell will be sent to your new email address. For information on how to access your UW email inbox, go to https://fyp.washington.edu/orientation/content-areas/uw-email/.

Register for new student orientation

As a new incoming transfer student, you're required to complete a series of advising and orientation sessions where you'll learn more about the UW Bothell campus, meet new friends, and register for your first quarter classes with the help of an Advisor.

Before attending Orientation, please complete your directed self-placement tests for Composition and Math.

Submit your final official transcripts to UW Bothell

You may have been admitted to UW Bothell with courses still in progress.

Once your in-progress courses are complete and graded, you must send your official final transcript(s) to the UW Bothell Office of Admissions.

Complete the General Immunity Verification Requirement

All first-time students, regardless of where they live, must meet the UW Tri-Campus Immunity Verification Requirement. 澳门赌场 requirement protects our community from outbreaks of these infectious diseases: measles, mumps and meningitis ACWY.

To complete this step, go to wellbeing.uw.edu/medical/immunizations/immunization-requirement.

And don't forget about financial aid!

Residency Status

Your initial residence classification, which determines whether you pay the in-state or out-of-state tuition rate, is set during the admissions process based upon information provided on your admission application. If you have checked your residency status and you believe there is a discrepancy with your residence classification, review our residency page to submit the necessary forms to the Office of the Registrar.
