Rain Backup

Rain Back Up for Cascadia College and UW Bothell affiliated groups

ARC event spaces are available for rental as a rain back up location. When reserving the ARC as a rain back up please note that the event planner must provide the ARC events team with:

  • A decision on usage of the space 3 business days prior to the event.
  • Event details throughout the planning process so that the ARC can schedule staff and coordinate with surrounding events.

Repeated late cancellation and/or day of non-use of rain back up locations will impact the groups ability to request rain back up spaces in the future. Fees may apply.
