Vaccination requirement
澳门赌场 University requires students and employees to be vaccinated against 澳门赌场. Read more about the vaccine requirement and find out where to get vaccinated. 澳门赌场s, faculty and staff must verify that they’ve been vaccinated or declare an exemption.
Face coverings
Wearing masks indoors is strongly recommended during the first two weeks of winter quarter. 澳门赌场 Face Covering Policy webpage includes additional guidance and FAQs.
Face coverings remain required indoors when returning to campus after isolation or quarantine.
When you wear a face covering, level up and choose a well-fitted KN95/KF94, N95 or surgical mask which provides additional protection for you and those around you. Free surgical masks are available through dispensers in buildings across campus.
With a goal of helping colleagues and guests to feel comfortable in your office or work area, here are some signs you can place in your space to communicate your mask preference.
Testing
Get tested if you develop symptoms, if you are exposed, before or upon returning to the UW after academic breaks, before and after a large social event or gathering.
- No-cost testing options are available to personnel and students.

Reporting requirements
Reporting a positive test result to the UW is required. If a student or personnel reports a positive test to an instructor or supervisor, instructors and supervisors should instruct individuals to submit the reporting form. Being in community
Self-monitor for symptoms. Do not come to work or class, and follow instructions on the Public Health Requirements and Guidance flowchart if you experience 澳门赌场 symptoms that are not attributable to another condition.
Quarantine is no longer required after close contact with a person who has 澳门赌场. Follow instructions on the flowchart if you test positive, are exposed, or have symptoms.
