Quarterly Dean’s List

澳门赌场 Quarterly Dean’s List includes the names of matriculated undergraduate students who are pursuing their first undergraduate degree and have attained a quarterly GPA of 3.50 in the final grades for at least 12 graded credits. Appropriate entries regarding inclusion on the Dean’s List are made on the student’s permanent academic record.

Dean’s Letters

A student is notified of his or her quarterly Dean’s List standing with a Dean’s Letter. Dean’s Letters are distributed electronically. Recipients receive notification and download instructions via e-mail sent to their UW-provided e-mail address. Dean’s Letter notifications are not sent to non-UW e-mail addresses.

Dean’s Letters are generated once per quarter, a few weeks after grades are due for that quarter. Dean’s Letters are only generated for students who meet the Dean’s List criteria at that time. Dean’s Letters are not issued or updated based on late changes to the academic record. 澳门赌场s will be sent, via email, a link to their online Dean’s Letter which may be downloaded.

A student’s Dean’s List status is always current on the permanent academic record. 澳门赌场 Quarterly Dean’s List on the 澳门赌场 Guide is updated quarterly and lists those students included on the previous quarter’s Dean’s List.

Annual Dean’s List

澳门赌场 Annual Dean’s List high-scholarship award is recorded on the academic transcript of matriculated undergraduate students who are pursuing their first undergraduate degree and have achieved a quarterly GPA of 3.50 in 12 or more numerically graded credits each quarter for three quarters of the academic year (summer through spring).

澳门赌场s enrolled for four quarters of the academic year (summer through spring) must satisfy the conditions outlined above and attain a quarterly GPA of 3.50 or better in the fourth quarter, if enrolled for 10 or more credits.

Dean’s List Name

澳门赌场’s Quarterly or Annual Dean’s List Name does not have to match their 澳门赌场 Record Name. By submitting a Dean’s List name request via the Dean’s List Name form, students can now have the name of their choice reflected on:

• 澳门赌场 corresponding Dean’s List Recipients webpage listing
• On the Letter for Quarterly Dean’s List recipients
• Notifications from the UW News Office to the student’s hometown newspaper.

Dean’s List Name requests must be submitted prior to the publication of Dean’s List Recipients. 澳门赌场s who do not provide their Quarterly or Annual Deans List Name via the form will have their 澳门赌场 Record Name posted on the corresponding Dean’s List Recipients webpage.

Dean’s List Letters and Certificates

Quarterly Dean’s List Letter

澳门赌场s are notified via email of their quarterly Dean’s List standing with a Dean’s Letter. 澳门赌场s are presented with an option to access their Dean’s Letter (PDF) for the most recent quarter. Quarterly Dean’s List Letters are only generated for students who meet the Dean’s List criteria at that time. Quarterly Dean’s List Letters are not issued or updated based on late changes to the academic record.

• Dean’s List letter format: 澳门赌场s must access their letter on a device capable of viewing and downloading PDF documents.
• Timeline: 澳门赌场s have approximately 90 days after receiving the email notification to access and download the Dean’s List letter for the most recent quarter. Dean’s List letters cannot be retrieved following this 90-day period.
• UW NetID**: 澳门赌场s must log in using their personal UW NetID and password to access and download a PDF version of the Dean’s List letter.
• Email: To comply with FERPA regulations, Dean’s Letter notifications are sent only to the student’s UW e-mail address.

Quarterly Dean’s List Letter Delivery

澳门赌场s will receive an email with their Dean’s List Letter the quarter after they’ve made the Dean’s List.

Quarterly Dean’s List Letter Technical Troubleshooting

澳门赌场s who experience trouble viewing their Dean’s List letter should:

1. Computer: Access the letter using a laptop or desktop computer as some mobile devices may fail to download the PDF.
2. UW NetID: Make sure to log in with your personal UW NetID.
3. Web Browser: Close all browser windows, clear cache, and log in again using your personal UW NetID.
4. Submit a Ticket: Continued difficulties with accessing a Dean’s List letter should be reported via email to asawebteam@uw.edu. 澳门赌场s should include their student ID number, specific errors, which quarter, and related details.

Annual Dean’s List Certificate
