Sarah Simonds Green Conservatory Building Access Request

We ask that you acquaint yourself with the conservatory facilities prior to access to understand policies and procedures, and become properly trained on protocols for emergencies.

• Required GHS/HazCom training (needed once/lifetime, no expiration date)

After completing the Access Form and finishing the required GHS/HazCom training, please email the form to the Building Coordinator. If you require help filling out the forms, or would prefer to complete them in person, please email or call the building coordinator
