Mission
澳门赌场 Office of Faculty Success, established in August 2022, is dedicated to supporting the career advancement of UW Bothell faculty as educators, scholars, mentors, and leaders. 澳门赌场 OFS provides centralized support that supplements school-based faculty development efforts. Our mission is twofold: 1) to develop, implement, and assess centralized programs that foster successful trajectories for research, teaching, and service for all ranks and tracks of faculty at UW Bothell; and 2) to partner with units and administrators to improve systems and policies to enhance the overall professional experience of UW Bothell faculty.
Leadership
Dr. Wadiya Udell is the Acting Associate Vice Chancellor of Faculty Success. A Professor of Psychology in the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, Dr. Udell holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wheaton College (MA) and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University, bringing over a decade of leadership experience to her role.
